"nice message"

submission: Gray
date: May 13, 2009

I got a great message out of this. I interpreted the mob running one way or the other and their colors representing their opinions on a topic. It was a good idea for you to be vague about it, because we could imagine it being about literally anything we want. Without any names or actual faces to speak of, we can fill in the blanks to relate it to ourselves.

Anyways, playing this game and thinking that the colors represented their opinions, I experienced a lot of frustration. First off, I was angry that everybody else was running in the same direction, going with the flow. No-one was running the opposite direction nor was anyone just standing there. This crowd of people lacked individuality and I hated them for it.

But my guy was guilty too! He disagreed with them and I had to get them all to go the other way. But when I got them all going the other way, he changed colors! And this happened many times and I got furious with him! "Why can't you make up your mind!?" I wanted to yell at him. I hated him because his color and opinion was never the same. I couldn't trust him. I wanted him to be either white or black(or, as I interpreted it, for or against an issue) or maybe even gray(neutral towards an issue). It was as if he didn't really have an opinion at all.

The ending was very fitting and it made me happy, because after changing his mind so many times and being generally unreliable, the guy was gray and invisible and no-one would listen to him. That made me happy because, finally nobody was listening to this guy who couldn't make up his mind and was confusing me.

The message I got was that you should stick to your opinions on a topic that you're talking about, and if you just constantly change your mind and not make any sense at all, no-one will listen to you, and rightfully so, because who in the world can trust someone who has no real opinion about something at all?

"Nice game..."

submission: Bird Frenzy

Really fun and interesting, but I agree with what tanto89 says. I started messing up really really bad because since I had my left index finger on the F, the rest of my fingers didn't match up with the birds' colors. The blue bird on the right had my right index finger but the blue bird on the left had my left middle finger, for example. I can handle the first two levels fine, but then I get to the third level and everything just breaks down there for me.

"an all too common experience for us all..."

What I usually encounter, though, is people who talk at the movie about something that's not even remotely related in any way to the movie. At least they're not revealing plot points and stuff like that, I suppose, but it's still so annoying and rude.

Anyways, I really liked this flash. I particularly like your style, it's really cool to look at.

"Interesting..."

I really like stuff like this, this concept of the line changing forms constantly. Anyways, it was really well done, the music was a very nice touch. I would've enjoyed it more if it were longer though.

Your response to yusefdoodie : "yeah i know, but it took a while"

Well, I don't know much about making flash so I guess I'm not in a place to talk, but from what I understand, it takes a lot of work. Anyways, what you have here is very cool and well done. Definitely deserves more than a 3.04, so I'm gonna vote 5 on this now.

"cute and fun!"

submission: Sheepy.
date: February 25, 2008

This is a very cute, fun and original game you've got here. It got harder than I expected it to, but it was still pretty fun. My only problem with this is some of the things it said after each level, in particular "flocking fantastic" or something like that. It's just that this was such a cute and adorable game up until I saw a pun between sheep and profanity, but what actually irked me about that was that it just seemed so horribly out of place, considering the appearance of the sheep and the music and the whole atmosphere of this game, and really unnerved me. Kinda ruined the atmosphere for a second or so... Other than that one little detail, though, I absolutely loved this game!

"really cool game"

But the glitch that KaiShenlong is talking about happened to me too. First time I got to the final boss, the very first move I made, I somehow fell through the ground into an eternal abyss. But awesome game here!

"well done"

date: February 23, 2008

Yeah, this flash has a very good message, a very important one to know. It was very well done and really interesting to watch. Glad to see that they learned that their world did not have to be just black and white.

Author's Response:

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it. I contemplated the ending for some time but In the end i decided it would be a good idea to show them as indeviduals, and of course without followers, the leader was nothing.
